Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Thresholds:
- Master's Applicants: Minimum undergraduate CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or 2.75–2.99 with an ALES score of 65+ for Turkish citizens).
- PhD Applicants: Minimum Master’s degree CGPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Exclusions: Registered visiting, special, or non-degree students are ineligible.
- Language Proficiency: Must submit official English proficiency test scores (for English-medium programs) unless native to an English-speaking country.
